My main job is a night care worker, so if you do not get your files within a couple of hours, rest assured, you will get them within 24hrs.

Please make sure that you have a relevant cutting machine in order to open and use these templates, e.g. Craft Robo, Wishblade, Silhouette or similar.  If you have a cutting machine that does not use GSD files, I will, on request send them as DXF files for you instead.  This will take a little longer as it means that I will have to convert them.

If you are a complete beginner, do not worry as I always send full instructions with every file in order for you to get the very best out of them.  Just check out my 'testimonials' page and my eBay feedback.

Please ensure that your e-mail accounts are set up to receive attachments, as the files are sent via e-mail and always check your 'spam' or 'bulk' folders as sometimes attachments go straight into such folders!
